THE Prime Minister’s Parliamentary Secretary for Indigenous Affairs, Alan Tudge, says Andrew Forrest’s recommendation to have almost all of people’s welfare payments placed on to a cashless debit card that has restrictions on buying alcohol would address the criticisms of a new report.
