Whatever output plugin you are using for sound dictates what abilities/ capabilities it has for volume control options. You are subject to its options/ limitations.Therefore, if you insist on using the Asio plugin for output, you can only rely on its volume control options. And, what we are also saying, is that if you are unsatisfied with it's options/limitations, you must then contact the plugin author for support, or request that option from the author. 3rd-party authored plugins are not supported here, and if you elect to use one and then are dissatisfied with it, contact the author. Either that, or use the native DirectSound or WaveOut plugins that come bundled with Winamp. Don't email or PM me concerning Winamp. Instead, either start a NEW TOPIC or post a REPLY in the appropriate thread in these forums. This will also benefit others who may have a similar question or problem. The first reason is that the TV card might never have to communicate the remote commands with the rest of the computer - any commands could be carried out using hardware on the tv card itself. And even if it could, you'd have to write a plugin that would map these specific commands to the winamp controls. Like my photography? Buy some here.... Comment
