We focus on health and safety guidelines by country/region. Our platform and app equip travelers with global health information and compliance requirements for the health concerns in their destination(s). The New Risky Business Travel and Tourism Adverse factors out of your control can interfere with your ability to deliver incredible getaways, unique adventures, and in-demand tours. As a provider of travel services, you want to offer superior service and a high-quality customer experience.Recent pandemics, natural disasters, supplier failures, and terrorism have caused widespread misery for travel companies and their clients. Taking reasonable precautions and preparing your business for new travel standards can be daunting. Since travel is an operation shared between suppliers, tourism businesses, and travelers, complying with health and safety procedures is critical for the ongoing success of your business. The Devastation of an Industry Lessons from COVID Even before COVID, countries had practices for preventing the entry of “high-risk” travelers who suffered from a variety of conditions. These include Yellow Fever, SARS, MERS, Tuberculosis, Measles, and those without proper vaccinations. Some countries required that travelers get tested right before they boarded their plane, ship or train. Testing took place while they waited in an area with hundreds of people, some already sick. Exposing healthy travelers and staff to illness which showed up a few days later created chaos with travel schedules. The result was travelers and staff, who were stressed and frustrated.Plummeting traveler volume cost travel providers and countries dependent on travel and tourism trillions of dollars. Some countries shut down completely, putting many travel providers out of business, and creating instability in the travel economy, the fifth largest economy in the world. Large pockets of economic failure, a health worker crisis, and general population risk carried over to the remaining travel providers, costing them employee wellness and safety in addition to the economic loss. Mitigate Risk & Rebuild Trust Moving Forward It’s imperative that travelers have valid, verifiable documentation to prove their health status. The first attempt at a COVID card was inherently flawed. More than 50 million fake cards were sold around the globe, proving that method ineffective.Even if authentic, practically speaking, a traveler would need a card for Yellow Fever, one for COVID, one for Measles, one for Cholera, one for norovirus, etc. As health scenarios change, the traveler may need to renew each one at different time intervals and get new cards or cards of a different type.Governments, travel industry specialists, health experts, and other industry leaders are developing protocols that ensure people feel safe, no matter where they

It spans wide and the design incorporating natural lighting with an abundance of windows is refreshing. The evening sunlight streaming in through different angles really provides a "non-restricted" feel as you walk about the terminal. The respective airline check-in counter/placements are easy to identify and span the width of the front end of the terminal for easy access. Security access is fairly streamlined and the entire process is able to accommodate large volumes of travelers (non-TSA airport - VMD corp) more natural light as you progress through each arm of the terminal (A/B/C) with interior lighting not overbearing. The walkways are wide and allow for excellent views of the tarmac, exterior gates, and various angles of the entirety of the taxiways and runways. Additionally, the escalators and walking escalators are positioned nicely and push you through terminal in a speedy manner. More shops, etc. at each terminal branch, providing basically anything the traveler would need. The vibe and local venues are all a welcome addition and definitely fulfill the needs of the traveler. Individual gates and structured well and offer comfortable seating and ample wireless device charging. The one thing that seems odd is the placement of the gate flight monitor(s). It is essentially in the seating area of the individual gates. Why not place it directly behind/above the agent booth/desk for easy and quick access and explanation (poor design decision). Boarding the plane, the traveler is treated to long glass jet bridges that allow for excellent views of adjacent aircraft and outside weather conditions. This is a well thought out design that many major airports do not offer. Overall, the new MCI/KCI terminal is a massive upgrade to the Kansas City area. It has the opportunity for expansion and I would expect future modifications to address design shortfalls and customer feedback. We concluded it feels like a mall when walking though the new terminal. Three things need immediate addressing - (1) Men's restroom upkeep and sanitary conditions unacceptable. Need to revisit the options of installing automatic hand blower machines and look at the cleaning schedules to ensure conditions do not deteriorate to the point of being an embarrassment. Cleaning crews need to maintain a regular schedule on vacuuming the terminal carpet - paper and debris everywhere. Please explain how the gate flight monitors are controlled by the city? How is this beneficial to the traveler or airline staff? Local

The castle showcases modern and engaging displays that depict the town's turbulent history and its evolution through time. The highlight of the castle is Siege Experience, which takes place in a circular panoramic gallery. The Normans built this castle in 1210 after asserting their power over Athlone's ancient river ford, which played an essential role as a crossroad on the Shannon. With the staff being well informed about both Irish and Scottish history, proved the information centre to be really informative. As a traveler, it’s always good to find recommendations of local places that Google may not tell you about. This tourism centre was easy to find and it’s part of the Adamson Castle. You are greeted warmly by friendly staff and they’ll ask you a little bit about why you’re visiting, they can give you the right information as long as you ask.If you didn’t know, they also have self-guided tours inside the Athlone Tourist Information Centre, if you’re trying to waste a little extra time for your flight, also assuming you’re interested in seeing the remains of the Adamson Castle that was built in the 12th century.Tabitha-Robyn F — Google reviewGreat central location.
