I learned about the app from strata (activity exercise app), so the apps are linked. The recover app offers suggestions based on my activity. Example: I went for a run, so it suggested lower backstretch routine. ★★★★★ Great app, recommends activity based on your Strata activity, pre-run or cycle stretching, recovery exercises and Studio to design your own program ★★★★★ Wicked! Offers recovery stretches and rolling techniques based on the live workout just uploaded to Strata. ★★☆☆☆ Clicking 'Continue with Strata' redirects to the Strata app, which after approving with default options opens my browser. Regardless of browser (Mull, Chromium, Vanadium), Recover Athletics is never opened again and am thus unable to log in. ★★☆☆☆ Tried a few times via strata. With subscription and without. My main question is why there isn't the ability to play as a full routine. Just set up my phone, select recovery and play through the full thing like a guided workout in real time. I don't really want to have to toggle the timer every time or skip on to the next part. Seems kind of pointless. IComments
