My mouse keep disconnecting/reconnecting randomly too (making usb disconnect sound and reconnects after 3 - 6 seconds)Things I've tried:- Adjusted mouse sensitivity/polling rate- Different USB ports- Make sure all my drivers and windows are updated- Uninstall/install Razer Synapse and update it- Turned off the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" on all USB Controllersand much more.The temporary fix that i found for my mouse is to :1- Unplug the mouse2- Uninstall completely Razer Synapse and the Razer mouse driver3- Reboot and plug the mouse to use the default Windows driverBut by using this solution you will not be able to adjust your mouse DPI, you can not use macros and you can not personalize your mouse buttons witch is pretty annoying but it's better than the disconnecting.I hope Razer will do an update to fix this issue.Edit : The problem came back few days later i had to buy a new gaming mouse definitely not a Razer product I am having the same issues....my DA elite suited me fine.... and the issue started happening.So, I went out and bought a mamba hyperflux....which didn't solve anything.Please....synapse..... Hi,Recently Razer Synapse 3 has stopped detecting my Razer Deathadder Elite mouse it seems. I therefore cant turn off the RGB or change DPI settings. The device doesn't show in the program, and neither reinstallation of synapse or the mouse drivers helps. Any help is appreciated. I am having the Same problem with Razer Deathadder Essential since an update for Synapse a few hours ago. Hello,I'm having the same issue. I've been trying to fix it for a couple of days. Apparently, with the newest update, Synapse had some sort of clash with Riot Vanguard associated with Valorant. I've since uninstalled the Riot Vanguard, and have tried clean reinstalling Synapse 3 multiple times. I also have a DeathAdder Elite. I've tried getting rid of all hidden Razer files and reinstalling my drivers as well. This issue is so frustrating, I hope they fix it soon. Same issue with Basilisk V2 and Tartarus V2.Uninstall Valorant & Synapse. Installed Synapse and issue resolved. I tried uninstalling Synapse and the mouse driver, as well as uninstalling this riot vanguard nonsense this time, and for some reason that seems to fix it all for me.
