FOR THAT REASON, WE WILL CEASE ALL CONTACT WITH YOU. ENJOY YOUR CAN OPENER."In Presentable Liberty[]Dr. Money is an unseen antagonist of Presentable Liberty. He seems to have created the virus and sold a cure which not only failed to stop the virus, but caused various vital organs to fail. Due to this side affect, there was a large market for organs. Because Dr. Money received the organs from the money machine, they failed to function and caused many deaths. These organs were recalled and those only from other humans could be sold. Dr. Money only leaves the protagonist alive, because, without the protagonist's knowledge, Money injected him with the only working antidote. The protagonist is immune from the virus, and so his organs are extremely valuable. Toward the end of day 5, if the protagonist didn't exit the door cell when his friend Sal breaks the generator, the generator will be fixed and the door will be closed again. Dr. Money will then explain about how he has injected the protagonist with the only working antidote when the protagonist arrived at the jail. In the narrator cut scene, 12 days after, someone will come to get him to Dr. Money, who will sell his organs at a sky-rocketing price. Dr. Money's poster Dr. Money also forces some people to oversee the inmates including the protagonist, dubbed "Happy Buddies" which he blackmails. Mr. Smiley, the protagonist's Happy Buddy™ has been blackmailed by Dr. Money, threatening to kill his daughters whom he kidnapped. Dr. Money said that if those people can keep the inmates happy, thus lowering the suicide rate, he would discontinue the blackmailing. Many are lied to, specifically Mr. Smiley. His daughters actually died from the virus days before his own suicide, in which he accomplishes purchasing the Protagonist

Another game for his Dr. Money Portable Entertainment Machine. He gives the protagonist a poster in day 4 as a compensation for the problem introduced by the virus, it states "Money Survives All Hardships."His most memorable quote is, "You are worth every penny," taken from one of his his last letters. In Menagerie: Archive[]Dr. Money is an antagonist of Presentable Liberty. He seems to have created an virus that infects citizens including workers, and the protagonist works under him in the "Dr. Money's fantastic filing system". He is assigned rank 1, the highest rank in the filing system (the higher the number, the lower the rank). He oversees the working performance of the protagonist, and assigns the protagonist to distribute money to citizens of lower ranks. He gives instructions, orders and replies via "Doctor Money's Automated Instructional Service" with automated messages, but in day 5 he directly addressed to the protagonist.According to the resistance, he sold antidotes which were not working but he must have another antidote that worked. However it was never revealed if it would actually work, and even if considering information from the other two games to be canon, there was a contradiction, in Exoptable money Doctor Money died from his virus, while in Presentable Liberty he claimed he developed antidote successfully. He also limits citizens with a lower rank than 81 (a known number is 83) to be unable to work, and can only send letters begging citizens with higher rank to distribute money to them.In day 1 of the story, he implied the protagonist is bound by law to comply with demands of superior entities. While he may fire the protagonist, he actually showed control over the governing system or maybe unaffected by it, by publicly executing his secretary in some endings,According to the performance of the protagonist,

Presentable Liberty: Markiplier Chapter 1, a presentable liberty

The building featured in Menagerie II: Presentable Liberty which the protagonist resided in for 5 days, is supposed to be a prison as stated by Doctor Money. However, Salvadore researched on the building by himself and found that the building was never purposed as a prison.Nobody was seen walking in the corridor on the floor where the protagonist resided in during the 5 days. Moreover, nobody was seen in the midnight at the end of day 5.In one of the endings of Presentable Liberty, the protagonist picked the detached elevator button, installed it onto the broken circuit opening of his cell, and closed the cell door, then went down many floors to reach the floor. This indicates his cell is actually a repurposed elevator room. Moreover, in the other end where Dr. Money sent someone to fix the power, the protagonist is met by someone several days later, therefore there should be another way to travel between the doors, although it is unknown why did it take long to reach the protagonist. There are identical white doors that cannot be opened on the floor the protagonist resides and on the ground floor. The white double-door entrance is on the ground floor, with an extrusion like a completely charred door just besides it. The building is normally illuminated by plain fluorescent tubes, and there are red wall lights installed nearby the doors, according to Doctor Money, when normal power is out of order, the red lights would resume function, being powered up by an emergency power supply. However the emergency power supply can only sustain the function of the red lights. It is unknown why Doctor Money's Portable Entertainment Machine can no longer be interacted when the power supply came out, however, the elevator functioned despite Doctor Money claiming only the red lights were functional. After the protagonist escapes from the building, the power supply is implied to be fixed, although the items gifted to the protagonist are not taken away. The elevator room. It was repurposed as a cell, given a bed, a clock, while the elevator button was detached and thrown away, and the door replaced by prison cell door. Some items have been added. There is a windows-like prop near the top of the cell, which the protagonist cannot seen anything through it.A glimpse from behind the cell door.Cell using emergency power supply. Her own actions or where she went — times when she becomes Reign.Quickly in denial at Lena's seemingly outrageous theory of her being the nigh-unstoppable extraterrestrial vigilante responsible for outright defeating Supergirl only last year, when Sam — as a mere mortal, and thus not exempt from the monumental limitations (such as injury or diseases) of one — surely would not have been able to throw a punch at the said Kryptonian without seriously injuring herself, Samantha snipes out known facts of herself to refute against Lena's postulations that Sam could be anything but an ordinary human being. She then announces her decision to leave the Luthor's observation, having been kept away from Ruby's side long enough, prompting Lena to show further proof to her suspicions via the large flat screen monitor built into the interior of Sam's containment.Apparently, she took the liberty of also collecting information on Reign's appearances and activities, shown on the news, and assembled them into presentable format for Arias to understand the seriousness of the matter at hand; she proceeded to show them to Sam, one at a time, through the monitor and all the while explaining that these images were taken during times in lieu with the duration of Sam blacking out, which is why she never directly saw Reign first-hand with her naked eyes. Still unconvinced and noting that it was a mistake to consult Lena with her problems, Sam gets off the bed and tries to leave — only to realize that the technological unit she was in is equipped with an energy field that keeps her trapped within. She turns back to face Lena, looking shocked that the latter was basically holding her against her will, and orders that she be released. Unfortunately for her, Lena, who was obviously taking no pleasure of what she was currently doing to her employee, replies that she cannot let her go. Samantha asked for her help and so this is what the Luthor is now doing for her dear friend.Later emerging from an elevator down at the level of the secret lab where she was keeping Arias, Lena goes over to her captive friend, asking Sam if she believes her now and Samantha, beginning to regret ever trusting the Luthor, brings up that she could barely muster the courage to squash household pests, let alone people.
