Part of it is a brand new Windows 11 computer. The HEVC clip from my "older" Samsung phone worked. The clip posted by BWentzel did not. I installed the $.99 HEVC codec from Microsoft on the new computer and it still didn't work. Next step is to try it on the old Windows 10 computer.
