I get an "unsupported device" dialog box come up. It says "The connected device is supported through SmartSwitch, which is faster and more convenient." hmm.. OK, great, thanks. But no mention on what this is or where to find it. So on the Samsung support pages for this model, there is no help. On the KIES support pages there is also no help. So a quick "SmartSwitch" Google search directs me to a Play Store app, which I installed. However, for a certain number of new galaxy phones, the app can't detect the device for some reasons.
