Keep track of all interactions without missing a detail.I appreciate how seamless it is to navigate through different features. I don’t have to waste time figuring out where things are. What G2 users like about MyCase:"What attracted me to MyCase about 10 years ago was the Client Portal. I loved that my clients could check on case status without having to speak to me. Then I discovered that MyCase was easy to use & comprehensive. Along the way, I made suggestions to MyCase on how to improve their offerings & to my surprise they were quickly implemented. And they still try to stay ahead of the curve."- MyCase Review, Joseph F.What I dislike about MyCase:There are moments when the system seems unresponsive, which can be frustrating when I'm in the middle of something important. While MyCase offers a lot of features, it can be overwhelming to navigate through them all without guidance. What G2 users dislike about MyCase:"We have had constant problems with accounting features of billing within Mycase that should be routine features. There is no ability to print itemized statements of billing/payments which is a problem almost daily for clients who do not want to click on each individual billing statement. We also need this feature when we file a statement of attorney fees with the court and have to do this manually. Forwarding payments to each invoice also causes problems, so we have to manually apply payments to each outstanding invoice if the client has not paid in full each month. To not have the ability to upload folders for clients is a huge problem in the documents feature. We would like to use MyCase to handle our case documents, but the limitations are too great to be able to use this feature which is disappointing. The search feature has a

Tell you, it delivers on that promise in a big way. What I love most about MyCase is how easy it is to use. The interface is super intuitive, which means you don’t need to be a tech wizard to get the hang of it. Everything feels seamless, from managing cases to communicating with clients. Speaking of which, client communication is a breeze. MyCase keeps all client interactions organized, so you’re never hunting through emails or sticky notes trying to find that one message from two weeks ago.Billing? Oh, it’s a dream. The billing features are robust and make invoicing quick and painless. You can generate invoices, track time, and even handle online payments all in one place. It’s like having a mini-accountant built right into the software. Plus, document management is top-notch. Uploading, organizing, and sharing documents is ridiculously easy, saving me tons of time. But hey, no software is perfect, right? There are a few things that could use some improvement. For starters, I really wish MyCase had better alert features for client communications. Sometimes, I miss messages because there aren’t strong enough notification options. Also, while the software is feature-rich, it can be a bit overwhelming at first. There’s a lot packed into MyCase, and finding the specific feature you need can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. The lack of subfile organization in emails. When you’re managing multiple cases and tons of client emails, having subfolders would make life so much easier.I've also seen an occasional lag. It’s rare, but when it happens, it can be pretty frustrating.Overall, though, MyCase is a solid tool for legal professionals. It’s user-friendly, efficient, and packed with features that genuinely make managing a legal practice easier. What I like about MyCase:Managing client communications has never been simpler.
