ZBar is an open source software suite for reading bar codes from various sources, such as video streams, image files and raw intensity sensors. MinGWMinGW is a native Windows port of the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC), with freely distributable import libraries and header files for building native Windows applications. It includes extensions to the MSVC runtime to support C99 functionality. All of MinGW's software will execute on the 64bit Windows platform.MinGW provides you with a minimalist development environment and a complete Open Source programming tool set, which is suitable for the development of native MS-Windows applications, which do not depend on any 3rd-party C-Runtime DLLs*.
