The type of Webex App account you have determines how you can integrate it with Microsoft Outlook. Free Webex App account—You see the Microsoft Outlook option in your Settings where you can turn it on, if you're an administrator on your computer. You don't need to do anything and you'll see statuses in Outlook and be able to call and message your contacts from it.
