Years ago Yahoo offered a template for a home page that allowed the user to lay out information from links they provided for sports, weather, business and finance, The offered lists of websites covering news sites that could be checked off and then loaded onto the page for me to lay out the way I liked. It was so good, all the information I needed on one page. I included the page in my start up and the whole page could be refreshed using the button. Whatever caused the page to go away, my start up page was altered with the link you provided. Strange, I was working on my laptop and got up and went away and came back and my page was gone.
