Below are the items I got from the manufacturer's website:Audio- Realtek HD Audio DriverChipset- Intel Management Engine Interface- Intel INF installationLAN- Intel LAN DriverSATA RAID/AHCI- Intel SATA Preinstall driver (For AHCI / RAID Mode)- Intel® Rapid Storage Technology- Marvell SATA Controller Driver- Marvell Preinstall DriverVGA- Intel VGA DriverUSB 3.0 Hotfix- Win8 USB PatchI've been reading a bit and so far, I know that I need to install all items for each of the main drivers (Chipset, LAN, Audio, VGA). Also the USB 3.0 hotfix.But I'm not sure about the SATA RAID/AHCI. Do I need these? I currently do not want to setup a RAID configuration for my system. The standard (I don't know what it's called) is enough for me. My storage setup will be an SSD and an HDD with the SSD as the OS drive. I'm not sure if AHCI will be helpful for that setup. Will I be missing out on anything if I skip these drivers? If I do need to install these drivers, is there a special way of installing them? I read that I may need to install the "Preinstall" ones before the OS is installed.Any advice is appreciated. Hello DSalt,We understand that you would like to manually run the SSD optimizer (trim) from the Intel® SSD Toolbox, but the option is greyed out.For our Toolbox to be able to send the TRIM command to your SSD, you will first need to install the latest Intel® NVMe* Driver. Installing this driver will help your SSD work at it's best much more than running the optimizer will. In some cases, you may also need to update your BIOS.- Intel® SSD NVMe* Drivers. Windows* 10 was built with SSDs in mind, so your operating system is by default already optimizing your drive, usually on a scheduled weekly basis.
