If you do not have the Garmin Express application installed on your computer, go to garmin.com/express and follow the on-screen instructions to install it (Installing Garmin Express). And just hope that Express has improved by then. I went over my download limit as Garmin Express appears to load two lots of maps, one for the PC and the other the device. I did this four times :( Just waiting for the 1st May when I can try it again. I tested 3 different TransAtlantic devices (preloaded with Europe and North America), all NTU compatible, to see if Garmin Express would install the non-NTU maps to the computer, to no avail. All three unlocks were for the NTU maps and NTU maps were installed. I suggest you delete the existing Europe maps from the locations below then use the Advanced Option feature in Garmin Express to re install the Europe maps. Delete existing Europe 2014 maps from all locations:Use Control Panel/Programs and Features to Uninstall the "Garmin City Navigator Europe NT 2014.40"Delete the files Garmin Express uses to install the maps to the computer. Deleting these will force Garmin Express to download them again.
