Last season, Epic Games added a secret set of challenges to Fortnite: Battle Royale called Blockbuster Challenges, which went with the movie-making theme of the season. For Fortnite Season 5, players will have a new set of hidden tasks to complete called Road Trip challenges.Like the Blockbuster Challenges of Season 4, the Fortnite Road Trip challenges will be made available once a player completes all the tasks for each of the Weekly Challenges. After the challenges are completed, a new loading screen will unlock, and in that graphic is a hint to a secret Battle Star. In some screens, the Battle Star is barely visible while others will give a clue on where to locate the hidden star. Thanks to data miner TwoEpicBuddies, the first two Road Trip challenge loading screens are available to inspect.'Fortnite' Week 1 Road Trip Challenge Loading ScreenTwitterWhen a player completes the Week 1 Challenges and unlocks a new loading screen (above), it may not seem obvious, but the map in the image is the key to finding out the location. The map shows an almost umbrella looking area with a star in the middle. That location is to the west of the new Lazy Links (below). Look for the quarry and the hidden Battle Star will appear once a player comes near it.Location of Week 1 Road Trip Battle StarEpicThe Week 2 Road Trip challenge loading screen will be made available next week when a new set of Weekly Challenges become available. In the graphic Epic Games shocked Fortnite fans when they added The Baller to the game, but not everybody will know each and every location across the map where they can be found. The new vehicle, which looks very similar to the hamster balls seen in 2015’s blockbuster Jurassic World movie, makes its Fortnite weekly challenges debut in Week 4 of Season 8, where players will need to ride The Baller in five different matches. After being added to the game’s battle royale mode on March 12 with the v8.10 update, it has since been ‘nerfed’ in the v8.11 patch – with its spawn rate cut by 50%. However, that won’t stop you finding them around the Fortnite map.The Baller can be found at some Expedition Outposts in Fortnite Season 8.It’s very different to any other mode of transport in Fortnite, as it can latch onto nearby structures such as trees and buildings using its built-in Grappler to thrust its way around the map. Yet, not everybody will know where to find it. Only one more week until we figure out what’s the secret blockbuster skin is for Fortnite: Battle Royale, but before we get there, it’s time to get your free hidden battle star for completing all the other challenges this week. Once you’ve complete the week 6 challenges you’ll be treated to the best loading screen the season has seen to date, one that reveals that all our heroes and villains are really just actors on the set of a blockbuster action film. But the wallpaper, as ever, contains a clue about where your free hidden battle star is. This time there are no hidden coordinates to find, but rather the loading screen flat-out shows where the battle star is. On the right side of the wallpaper above, you can clearly see that a ghostly battle star is floating on top of the Fork Knife food truck. This is a truck that was added by Epic a little while ago, bring a meme to life as some players refer to Fortnite as “Fork Knife.” Naturally, that’s a great name for a food truck. You are going to be heading to Greasy Grove in order to find this hidden battle star. The truck is located about here, and the star will only appear once you’ve completed the other challenges:Once you get to Greasy Grove, head to the truck and you’ll find the star floating above it, as seen below in YouTuber CarlosUlloa8’s video, which provided this screengrab:This is definitely one of the easiest battle. They each have their own function that can give you a competitive edge over your opponents:Bomb FlowerPredominantly purple in color the Bomb Flower explodes when you shoot it, dealing damage to anything that is close enough to the blast. The detonation can hit enemies and destroy builds, making a lot of noise along the way. Stink Flower The Stink Flower is a yellow plant and as the name suggests, it can let off quite a stench. Shooting at the plant will release a cloud, dealing damage to any opponent inside. This plant is perfect for distorting enemy vision, or even getting them out from behind cover.Slurp PlantThe Slurp Plant is the recognisable blue Slurp color. Hitting this plant with your pickaxe will replenish some of your health and shields. Hop FlowerHop Flowers are red. Full screenFortnite Season 1 Chapter 4 has brought with it a new Battle Pass, which translates into new Outfits and new items. In this section of our Fortnite guide we tell you what are all the rewards of the new Battle Pass:What is Fortnite Battle Pass, how does it work? The Battle Pass is an additional paid service that is not necessary to play Fortnite, as it is a free to play game. Its purchase is recommended for those who play the most and/or want to obtain exclusive items, as it offers access to content that cannot be obtained or unlocked in any other way. Each season has its own Pass and these expire from one season to another, so the Battle Pass of Season 1 of Chapter 4 will not be useful for Season 2. Nor will the Battle Pass of Season 3 be useful for Season 4. The Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks. Another option to get it is to be subscribed to the Fortnite Club.As we go up levels we will get Battle Stars (five each level) to unlock Battle Pass items. Some of these rewards are V-Bucks, Fortnite's virtual currency; so, if we have been saving them during the previous season, it is perfectly possible to get the current season's Battle Pass for free. The biggest new features of the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 Season Pass are the new Outfits of the Doom Slayer and Geralt of Rivia.Full screenNew Fortnite Battle Pass Outfits Chapter 4 - Season 1The Outfits included with the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 Season Pass are as follows:Full screenSelene (this is the initial Outfit that we obtain after acquiring the Pass).MassaiDoom SlayerDustyNezumiHelsieThe AgelessGeralt of Rivia (this is the secret Outfit that will be available later)Fortnite Capítulo 4 - Temporada 1: todos los objetos del Pase de BatallaBelow we share with you the complete list of all the Battle Pass rewards for Fortnite Season 1 Chapter 4.
