We are sorry for the inconvenience.", etc., etc., etc. I've received this error message numerous times as most of the computers I work on are Windows XP SP3 (all updates) with Internet Explorer 8 as the browser, including my own computer and my wife's. If I could copy & paste the details, I would. But the temp file that's supposed to be created for error reporting purposes, isn't, and I'm not going to spend the next half an hour transcribing all the technical details. Make sure it is formatted Mac OS Extended (journaled), and the partition Map is "GUID"The macOS installer app (Install OSX El Capitan) should be in your Applications folder, but another location will be OK for creating the bootable installer that you need.Right click on that installer app, and choose "Show Package Contents". Open the Library, then open the "Resources" folder. Leave that alone for a moment...Launch your Terminal app, then, at the prompt, type sudo, and add a single space.From the Resources folder that you left open, drag the file "createinstallmedia" and drop it on your terminal window. No Flash but pepperflash is installed

The Flash Media Server 4 Windows services don't start automatically if the program is installed with a nonadministrator account. Attempting to connect to the server (for example, when you open the Flash Media Server Welcome screen in a browser) causes an error. The message indicates that the client cannot connect to the server or that the connection has timed out. If a client cannot connect to the server, use the Services control panel to verify that the Flash Media Server services are running. The Services control panel is located in Control Panel/System and Security/Administrative Tools/Services. In the Services control panel, the service names are Flash Media Server and Flash Media Administration Server. If the services are running, use the troubleshooting steps in the document Verify that the server streams media. If the services aren't running, you can start them from this panel. However, to ensure that they start automatically when the server restarts, set the Flash Media Server services to run as administrator by default.Complete the following steps for each of the following files located in the Flash Media Server root installation folder (C:/Program Files/Adobe/Flash Media Server, by default):FMSAdmin.exeFMSCore.exeFMSMaster.exeFMSEdge.exe Right-click the file and chooseProperties.
