It should never be this easy to get ahead.The BB glitch wasn't absolutely awful because you had to get the items yourself and you still needed to get key items and spells on your new playthrough. You still had to go thru multiple playthroughs for more than one copy of WotG or Dark Bead. You earned something and put in your time.Low-level griefing will be even worse for those who wait to buy games like this when they hit the $20 price range and don't read message boards. What about the gankers that will be all twinked out that I would Darkmoon two and sometimes three at a time with their now fully loaded arsenal of 12 WotG between them? I work 60 hours a week, I play Dark Souls because I like the idea of taking someone's ear when I get a Souvenir. I can only roll through so many pursuers.Are there copies of the Lord souls on the characters as well? Can I just ring the two bells and then jump down to fight Gwyn? There are a bunch of people without the skill to beat the Four Kings, but with all of the gear and spells now they can finally be Darkwraiths. Earn it I say. Hell, maybe they can just warp there from Firelink and talk to Kaathe. I wouldn't know, I earn my own way.If the DLC is accessible for free it's even worse, accounts using this need to be banned to offline mode only. I liked the story and lore of DeS more than DkS and the gameplay of DkS more. That may be changing soon if this isn't stopped soon.Wrath takes 28 faith. Making a "twink" at level 30 doesn't make much sense. And who cares if you "earned" your character?I had 10 characters lost when my PS3 took a dump. Hundreds if not a thousand hours gone. Do i get the ethical seal of approval to use the mule to remake them? I already "earned" them. To me, the mega mule is my insurance policy to get back what I lost.Just to make you even more salty, the mule characters all start as +3 Darkwraiths.

Instant grieving potential, and ridiculously twinked hosts./invaders.So my final vote is: YES this will ruin my Dark Souls experience.With my last build I made post-patch (which I ran human the whole time) I was invaded 5 separate times (of maybe like 10-11 invasions throughout the game) where the invader was using dusk crown dark bead. The only thing I think will actually change is a lower number of underpowered hosts at mid pvp levels now that its simple to instantly make builds. See you in the burg - I'll be the guy backstabbing you with a broken straight sword 10 times before i switch to my fist in dragon form.Temple_Owls 11 years ago#82Lol, a lot more chance that I'll be invading you as I Darkmoon and you have to be in human form to invade someone while I don't.I never said any soul level so I don't get where the WotG needs 28 Faith comes in, especially with all of the souls on the mule that will easily let you level Faith.If someone isn't good enough to beat 4 Kings before placing the Lordvessel with Frampt and getting all of the other spells and items to beat them, why should they get to Darkwraith now if they couldn't do it before?My Ciaran build is a Darkwraith with 10 Strength and I didn't BB a pyro glove on her as it was post-patch. Earn it on your own, only what you earn should be available for PVP. That's what's hurting other players, just like when someone has a gas guzzler and people complain about it . Just like when someone gets free healthcare for being poor and people complain about it. That's all.WATAUGACJ 11 years ago#87I only care about sl120 pvp so no it sure as hell won't ruin the game for me. This mule is like they brought the bb glitch back x1000. I have already filled all the character slots once and will probably start over again in a few days. For the pvp:ers it will make it easier to test out new builds, and that may last for a month or so before they tried out what they want. After that i can´t see any good coming from it. Except the upgrade materials.Pre mule when invading/hosting at very low sl i actually was kind of impressed when i was fighting someone with dark magic in the Parrish/Sens/Londo, cause i knew he had to be in ng+ to do so. Which made me kind of respect him.
