The Imp is a unique creature type featured in Dungeon Keeper, Dungeon Keeper 2, Dungeon Keeper Online, and Dungeon Keeper Mobile. Unlike regular creatures, Imps are not attracted to your dungeon through conventional methods and don't require sleep, food, or payment. They serve as your dungeon's most important and dedicated workers, handling all the mundane tasks such as digging tiles and dragging objects. These tasks are crucial for the smooth operation of your dungeon, and Imps tirelessly carry them out, only stopping when there is nothing left to do. They only pause when there are no tasks left for them to do. Imps are the backbone of your dungeon, essentially its life force, as the dungeon cannot function properly without their diligent efforts. In Dungeon Keeper 2, they require mana for sustenance.Dungeon Keeper[] Portrait Imps digging out a room. In many ways, the Imp is the most important creature a Keeper has in his disposal. Along with hero Tunnellers, Imps are the only creatures that can expand and maintain a dungeon, including digging, claiming land, installing traps, moving dead or unconscious bodies, etc. They do these tasks free of charge, and their labour is never interrupted by fatigue or hunger. Despite them having no qualms about toiling forever more, there is a limit to the number of tasks they can be assigned to at any one time: 300. Each tile marked for digging counts as one task. Wishvale is the 7th level in Dungeon Keeper. This level features an ongoing battle between the heroes of the realm and a blue Keeper. The briefing text touts Red as a third-party opportunist and encourages the player to wrest control of the map from the survivor. A helpful ring of lava and impenetrable rock protects you and your gold seams from early assault. Bridging the lava causes the heroes to perceive a path to your dungeon. The mission objectives are to destroy Blue's Dungeon Heart and either kill or capture the Lord of the Land (Lady Catherine[1]), and both need to be fulfilled.Breakdown[]Red Keeper (Human)Creature Limit25Starting Gold3000Starting Forces4 Imps (Level 1)May Attract May Create or Summon Rooms Spells Traps & Doors Blue KeeperCreature Limit20Starting Gold7500Starting Forces4 Imps (Level 1)May Attract May Create or Summon Rooms Spells Traps & Doors Events[]Wandering Heroes[] (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) - tunnels (1) - south tunnelsVisiting Orc[]A level 2 Orc, the first of his kind in the official campaign, joins the player's side at the Portal (though not through the Portal) when the player has attracted five minions.Raging Battle[]Under certain conditions, hero parties start pouring into the region, and a protracted battle will commence, with either Red or Blue as the target. These parties may only join the fray during the first 20,000 turns of the match. Additionally, there must be five or fewer heroes currently on the prowl. This latter condition means that some of the level 1 heroes wandering the corridors in the beginning need to be slain before the war parties can arrive. The war parties will respawn on timers whenever, again, fewer than five heroes remain alive. The earlier the war is set in motion and the faster the parties are eliminated, the more heroes might actually turn up on the map. There are several approaches to this situation. If the Keeper lays a Bridge, he will attract the full brunt of the heroes' assault, but there are tangible rewards for this in the shape of combat training and many bags of gold.Just turtling on the island for twenty minutes or so. Level in Deeper Dungeons... only the 7 first level ant th 15th one are available, other are scrolled too fast...The only solution I've found is to manually decrease the amout of emulated cycles to 5% by several hits on Ctrl+F11 when i whant to launch a Deeper Dungeons levelSo game is supported, but still from the 100% Speed (2009-08-07 02:47) Dr. Sassafras Oah yes. Speed is fine. 2ghz Dual Core Intel running on OSX.Letters after winning game too fast; Game play speed excellent. Possess creature sometimes fine, sometimes too slow. (might be game flaw) Works Well (2009-08-07 02:43) Dr. Sassafras Works very well under .73 There are only 3 problems I have found.1. After winning a game, the words move too fast to understand. I don't really know the options very well, but after fooling around with them, have been unable to resolve it. I now this is dosbox related as the original did not do this.2. Dosbox (or maybe the game) can lock up when playing with a unstable IPX network connection. A computer went to sleep when playing a IPX game, and it froze all the computers. Everything should have been running, but it just would not resume. I do remember the modem play being buggy when I had my old machine, so don't know who is at fault here.3. I think this is a problem with the original game, but when you possess a creature in high resolution mode, it will slow the movement down a fair bit, specially when there is a transparency effect involved. Default is low resolution, but still. Works almost perfect :) (2008-07-20 00:51) Deathwing I just installed Dungeon Keeper Gold on my machine (c2d @ 3ghz) using the latest dosbox and I'm amazed how good this works :)Once in a while the sound gets corrupted, but the game does never crash, so it's possible to save and restart the game help (2008-03-14 13:32) Gzero i believe im doing it all right with the mount and stuff but it says that this game cannot be run in DOS mode can you please help me fast?? invisible monsters and furnishing (2007-08-07 06:35) lofwyr With Dosbox 7.0 The game installs perfectly and runs fine with sound BUT all Monsters and furnishing in the rooms is invisible. Any Idears how to solve this? Dosbox 0.65 -- warning: needs a powerful computer (2006-12-10 12:15) red_avatar Dungeon Keeper

This area holds the center gate, another Resurrect Creature, and a great hoard of 30,000 gold.Blue Keeper[]The blue Keeper here is a bit of a creampuff with a small Training Room and a tendency to run a limited operation on 4x4 rooms. His primary AI settings may or may not interfere with the developers' desired commands that he periodically check for nearby gold, tunnels, and points of cautious attack (in that order).Basically this Keeper is more likely to wall himself off than attack either the player or the heroes, and the player is encouraged to capture the blue Dungeon in a reasonable time frame, if only to guard against such an eventuality. Defeating Blue is one of the two necessary conditions for winning this map.Nevertheless, Blue has a wealthier situation than Red, and what he fails to spend in his small Training Room he is likely to throw directly at you in the form of Lightning Strikes when you attack. Creature Keeper’s Story - Sportskeeda

Tiger avidly patrolling and tending woodlands, and watering fields (or having a cat-nap, relaxing in the sun, amongst the fields and bustling villagers), eyeing the occasional farm animal wandering through a meadow, and casually gathering crops and other resources, such as uprooting large trees. It might even excel at breaking up ore rocks with its strength, to bring back to your Storehouses. The Builder: A wholly industrious god might find that the Tiger is efficient at raising larger building foundations & projects, focusing modest amounts of his effort on erecting them, with or without villagers' help. The Soldier: Lastly, a defensive or aggressive god may find that, when a Tiger marches to the forefront, it will work itself to exhaustion to crush and stomp enemy platoons, shredding them to bits, using its full force. Likewise, probably a terrifying pre-emptive deterrent for enemy platoons, due to its imposing size, frightening roar, and ferocity of its own kind. The Tiger generally sways towards the Evil alignment, matching its disposition as a fighter, rather than a keeper of the peace, and friend to your Villagers and City.Trivia[]The Tiger features as an enemy creature for the Japanese faction, appearing on the second and last Japanese islands, midway through the game. The tiger is, more or less, a re-skinned lion, with many similar animations attached to it; the tiger also possesses the same levels of health, speed, and strength as the lion.
