Chrome can t load plugin

I have Flashplayer 23.0.0.166 PPAPI enabled and the latest version of Chrome. I am able to play games like scrabble and words with friends, but not games like Candy Crush or Puzzly Words. I also have MS Edge and all my games work fine with no error message about the plugin. I like Chrome's click-to-play feature. I also like Chrome's PDF viewer.
