I am a computer tech and have been one for over 25yrs and I have been recommending avast and also using avast since they started distributing their software. I have had many times seen when avast thought that it found a virus and it was just some tools that I use to repair corrupt filer. Right now I am having a problem with avast browser cleanup, It is telling me that i have 5 or so browser addons that are suspicious and ask me if I would like to remove them,. If I say yes then avast ask’s me which browser home page i want to replace mine with,. It doesn’t offer

In my Home version installation I have the picture…I’m affraid that, sometime in the past, in this computer I installed my Pro key and then changed it to Home (in order to use the Pro in my work computer…).Does this help?
