The Acrobat XI Pro was an upgrade downloaded from adobe two years ago. The old computer crashed and I installed Acrobat 9 Standard from my disc. I downloaded Acrobat XI Pro from Adobe. I also got the serial number from my Adobe account.Now when I try to activate Acrobat XI Pro, I get an error "Invalid Serial Number". How do I fix this? Rod Schwedler 1 Answer When you install an upgrade, it will ask you for two serial numbers - the serial number of the upgrade "eligible product" and the Acrobat XI serial number. Make sure you use the correct one depending on what exactly the installer/application asks for.
