Thanks for the update. Your approach worked. Just to be clear, however, I used the link at: to download the drivers to a folder. (You download a zip file which you then extract and copy the driver files to some folder that you keep repeating to yourself the name of so that you can later navigate back to it.) You DO NOT re-download the installation file for this update, just the drivers themselves available at that link. Then I went to Device Manager, navigated to Network Adapters, left click on that item to expand it to show the list of network adapters, right clicked on the wireless adapter for my computer, Intel Wireless 6 AX200 160Mhz, and selected "update driver." I then selected "Browse My Computer" so that I could navigate to the folder the name of which I had been mumbling to myself for the past 5 minutes, opened that folder, and then clicked update. Miraculously for this "user error" prone person, that did the trick. I wish someone could answer the question of why the normal process kept giving us the error message. Sending us to the OEM is, in my experience, a cop out and almost never works. Nonetheless, this did update the driver. No more error messages. Thanks for the guidance, Deivid A and rkresha.. Something that I think OP and I both are having a problem with is that even though we've saved the file in our Creative Cloud folder on the computer and it's synced to the web, we cannot download the file from assets.adobe.com. I can download any file, but when it comes to XD files, I don't get the option to download it. The XD files also don't appear to sync across my devices properly, which is very frustrating when I work on something on my desktop at home, click save, it shows that all files are up to date on both my laptop and desktop, and then I open my laptop and the file from the CC synced folder and the file is out of date regardless of what the program says.Not sure if OP is also having this problem, but this is a huge issue for continuity in my case.
